`templates/errors.html` now renders rastrillo's shared `error-page`
partial (`{{template "error-page" dict "Status" .Status "Ref" .Ref}}`).
The status, body sentence, and link labels it renders are rastrillo's
copy, not Meet's, so they are not listed here.
