🤖 Admins can now decide whether members make their own apps. A new switch in
Admin → Features — "Let members make their own apps" — controls App Studio and
bot-built apps separately from the built-in ones, so a space can keep to-dos,
polls, and whiteboards while turning off member-made apps entirely. It's on by
default, and switching it off never breaks anything already there: apps members
have deployed keep working, and everyone can still remove their own.
