🤖 Profile and group photos now show up in the app's chat list, chat headers, and
the new-chat picker — not just inside an open conversation. Where someone has
set a photo you'll see it in their circle; everyone else keeps the coloured
initials. As always the photos are decrypted on your device, so the server only
ever holds the scrambled version.
