Rev 7 answers your round 6 (`CODEX-FINDINGS-REGION-HA-SPEC2-6.md`). §19 maps both findings.

**Judge:**
1. Are A6-1 and A6-2 closed? Check against `internal/boxchoice` (draining), `internal/hostrelocate/worker.go`, and how draining is set (S1 §5).
