# Astra: region HA spec 2, round 14 (confirming)

Rev 14 rewrites §25 after your round 13 (`CODEX-FINDINGS-REGION-HA-SPEC2-13.md`). Under Paul's H26, multi-box regions stay AWS-only until a provider-neutral identity spec lands (#299). Spec 2's own new AWS parts are adapters, and its bucket clients use `s3compat.Options()`. The marker-client bug is filed as #298. §26 maps the findings.

**Judge:**
1. Is §25 now accurate about main?
2. Are spec 2's additions classified correctly, so that #299 only has to replace identity?
3. Are A13-1 to A13-3 closed under H26?
4. Anything new. Report only new items.

Give findings P1/P2/P3 with file:line and a failure scenario. End with a verdict: ready for a plan, or not.
