**New finding — P2: Task 2, Step 1 does not test the console chooser’s production readers.**

[`TestCreateExecutorChooserReadsTheLiveEdgesAndTheClaims`, lines 2841–2859](/home/paulca/amadan.net/carlos/platform/.claude/worktrees/region-ha-1b-next/docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-07-region-ha-1b-next-relocation.md:2841) uses an empty bucket. Replacing both production callbacks with functions returning empty snapshots and loads still satisfies every assertion. The other chooser tests inject their readers, and the load test calls `ClaimLoads` directly; neither catches disconnected console wiring.

**Fix:** populate live edges/status and serving claims, then assert actual box identities and load counts through the constructed chooser. Change the stored evidence and verify subsequent reads reflect it. Replacing either reader with empty results must fail.

I accept rulings 1–24. Stage B’s contracts retain the earlier obligations; no new contract defects found.

All 12 embedded patches pass `git apply --check`; all 40 complete Go blocks parse with `gofmt`. Compilation and tests were not reproduced in this read-only session. No files changed.
